Umbilical Geode is a rock trinket added in V2.4.

Effects

• 20% chance to spawn a Gemini familiar upon taking damage.
• Spawns a Little Steven familiar upon entering a room while at half of a heart left in the health bar.
  • The Little Steven familiar will disappear upon entering another room once Golem's health is restored above this threshold.
• Geode Bonus: Increases the chance to spawn a Gemini familiar to 30%, and the Little Steven familiar can now spawn while at 1 full heart left in the health bar.

Notes

• While playing as Golem, Umbilical Geode will always replace the Umbilical Cord dropped from Polyps.

Interactions

• Trinket Multipliers / Henge Rock: Multiplies the chance to spawn a Gemini familiar when taking damage.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Umbilical Geode rerolls it into Voodoo Geode.
